Registration
Additive Manufacturing is a technology which potentially in effects every step of foundry production. Besides 3D metal-printing, materials like sand mold, ceramic cores, wax and plastic models can be printed out of the CAD system. Hybrid production as a combination of affusion and AM is also an option. The seminar “Additive Manufacturing in foundry industry” evaluates the conditions of Additive Manufacturing in the foundry industry. Relevant technologies are going to be presented and discussed in details. Report regarding experiences of introducing it in their production, as well as the demonstration of the installation engineering and the AM of metals at Fraunhofer ILT are also part of the seminar. The seminar will be held by experts from ACAM, ACCESS e. V., WZR, Fraunhofer ILT and an industrial enterprise.

A seminar for:

Professionals and managers of technology and specialist, particularly in the field of research and development, plant management, technology management and corporate development.
For this seminar no advanced knowledge of Additive Manufacturingtechnologies is necessary.
