Discover3Dprinting – Seminar Series 2018

Mesago

After the successful premiere last year, Formnext and ACAM carry on with the Discover3Dprinting in 2018

Industrial 3D printing is breaking through in many sectors and applications, but companies often don’t know enough about the capabilities of the technologies and areas in which AM really pays off.
The seminars Discover3Dprinting are designed for everyone who considers to include the Additive Manufacturing into the production process, but does struggle to find access to the technologies. The seminar provides a comprehensive insight into AM and at the same time discusses practical questions, such as: should I consider 3D printing for my production? Can I make profit with it?  What are the first / next steps to get started?

In addition, the participants will learn what and where the obstacles by its implementation are as well as what applications are not profitable for industrial 3D printing. Furthermore, the attendees will also develop an understanding of where additive technologies can complement conventional processes, e.g. how process chains can be established with pre-machining and post-processing.

Discover3Dprinting at Formnext on November 13 to 16, 2018

The seminars Discover3Dprinting will be held at Formnext during all fair days (plus optional individual consultation afterwards) on the am4u area. It will be conducted in German (Tuesday, 13 and Thursday, 15 November 2018) and in English language (Wednesday, 14 and Friday, 16 November 2018). Afterwards, you will be able to deepen specific questions with the experts from ACAM, as well as to discuss further topics with the corresponding exhibitors at your fair tour.

The presentations will be made accessible to all registered participants who attended the seminar.

Discover3Dprinting expands its capacity and reaches other events

As companies from all sectors keep searching for breakthrough innovations, the implementation of Additive Manufacturing could come into question for them. Therefore Formnext and the ACAM will offer the Discover3Dprinting seminars at other events, with the aim to demonstrate the latest developments, to discuss concrete approaches and new ideas related to the relevant industries.

The presentations will be made accessible to all registered participants who attended the seminar.
